SP Pan feeder

This reliable range of feeders offers a wide variety of sizes, as well as large drive units and proper feed chutes that make high feed rates possible, even for course materials.

They offer a simple interface and several options to facilitate installation. Both base-mounted and suspended (up to 1.4m width) installations can be accommodated to suit the task.

The feeders are driven by self-synchronized and reliable unbalanced motors, which induce a linear motion stroke, to provide efficient and accurate operation as well as minimal liner wear. The feed rate can either be adjusted by repositioning weight segments in the drive or during operation (i.e., on-line adjustment), using a frequency converter.

Large drive units

Sandvik SP feeders offer large drive units and proper feed chutes designed to make high feed rates even of coarse materials possible. The linear motion (stroke) of our pan feeders will ensure efficient and accurate operations as well as low liner wear, meaning less downtime for maintenance.
