Sales Representative – CAT Construction Machinery (m/f) - Albania

What You’ll Do
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, presenting our portfolio and crafting the right solutions for their business needs
• Drive sales performance by achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
• Build and nurture long term customer partnerships while actively identifying new business opportunities
• Organize your time efficiently, plan your customer visits, and manage your sales territory with independence and confidence
What You Bring
• At least 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales
• At least a secondary education (university education preferred), ideally in economics, mechanical engineering, or other technical fields
• Outstanding communication, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills
• High level of personal integrity and professionalism
• Flexibility and willingness to travel extensively across Albania
• Solid computer literacy, especially with tools used in sales
• Good command of English
